Course Bookings
Courses can be booked online or by telephone. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been made. Once a course is fully booked, we operate a waiting list on a first come, first served basis. Once you have made payment, you will be able to print off a receipt, and will be emailed a payment confirmation immediately. You will then receive an eticket and confirmation of your booking within 72 hours / 3 working days. Our terms and conditions are subject to change, any changes will NOT be applied retrospectively. Cancellation terms
If you find you are unable to attend a course after you have made a booking, you can cancel by writing to us or emailing us at info@emedica.co.uk You will be entitled to a refund according to the following policy: CANCELLATION 22 days or more BEFORE course date : Full refund LESS £25 admin fee CANCELLATION 21 to 8 days BEFORE course date: 50% of course fees refunded CANCELLATION 7 days or less BEFORE course date: No refund If you wish to swap your course date, you need to notify us by email at least 22 days before the date of the course you have booked. All swaps are subject to availability. Any requests for swaps 21 days or less before a course are considered cancellations, with conditions as stated above. Cancellation by Emedica In the unlikely event that Emedica has to cancel a course (due to dire emergencies), we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be entitled to a FULL refund AND we will book you onto another course free of charge. Emedica will not reimburse any travel or associated fees. Please note that Emedica has never cancelled a course to date. |

| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and processed by Protx on their ultra secure servers. Emedica Ltd will never see your credit card details. |
